Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify pub 203 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You must ensure that all information held on your Account is accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your registered mobile number, name, or other KYC details must be updated through the Account settings or by contacting pub 203 support. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
pub 203 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds and before granting access to high-stakes tables. KYC verification typically requires a valid government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilSys, passport, or driver's licence) and a recent selfie. pub 203 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC completion.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. pub 203 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts, deducted from the Account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. You will be notified before any fees are applied where contact details are available and valid.
pub 203 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱20. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. pub 203 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a payment source not registered to the Account holder may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
